Packing & Delivery:

1.Packing details: Each product packed with plastic preservative, EPE, foam plastic bag, carton outside, wood case or iron case or as per the customer's special requirements. Besides, custom package takes a week to prepare.

2.Delivery details: As per customers' requirements. Usually fast delivery takes about 3~5 working days, slow delivery takes about 7~20 working days.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 3-5 working days if the design is simple to get machined. or it is 7-20 working days if the goods are very complicated in machining structure. Surely, it is according to machining difficulty and quantity.
 

Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or to be charged?
A: Yes, we could offer the samples production before mass production to test its quality. It takes little cost of CNC Programme setting-up and surface finish. We ain't making money from samples, sometime we even pay part of them for our customer since it's the first time to work projects together :)
 

Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: Usually by T/T, sample and small order 100% deposit; bulk order 50% deposit and balance before shipment.

A: The showed unit prices are for Reference ONLY.  Accurate Unit prices are based on products structure, material, surface finish requirements, order quantity etc.
